CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We only accept returns on defective items only. We can not accept returns on products where the customer has changed their minds. For more information please see out Returns Policy.

WHERE DO I ENTER IN MY PROMO CODE?

Promotion codes can be entered in on the shopping cart page in the bottom left of the page. Please make sure you enter your promo code before checking out.

DO YOU ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL AS PAYMENT?

Yes, at the moment we only accept paypal payment. However please note that you can also use your credit card to complete the paypal transaction.

CAN I GET A PERSONAL MESSAGE WITH MY PURCHASES?

Yes, Sally can provide personal messages for her book and poster purchases, however due to her heavy schedule we can not guarantee it. If you would like to request a message in your book or poster please make reference to it on the “Place Order” page at the bottom in the text box that says “Notes or a personal Message from Sally”.
